About this Book

Award-winning chef Connolly was Rose Kennedy's private chef from 1983 to 1995, at her Hyannisport, Massachusetts, home. He always made sure there was plenty of lobster salad, potato salad, and roast chicken for guests. In this book, he presents those and other Kennedy favorites for all to enjoy.
