• This is the first book solely devoted to the study of Anglophone Welsh literary Modernism, making it an important resource for any person interested in Welsh and British literature and culture.
• In bringing writing from Wales into dialogue with international Modernism, this book aims to broaden and diversify our understanding of the concept of Modernism itself and will, therefore, potentially be of use to researchers in Modernism studies more generally.
• This book does not seek to provide an exhaustive history of Modernism in Wales but explicitly aims to inspire continued interest and debate in the field. I hope that it will be a key point of departure for future research.
