With a vision to help youth to achieve their dreams, “The Prakalp Publication” is community started for youth empowerment and skill development. It is an initiative to unite the youth for a better change and unearthed their inner creativity. To do the best, you need to be confident. So, we are working for self-motivation and making them confident for their talent. Its motto is to uplift the talent and respect each one of them in the better way they deserve. As we know, art of living lies in art of giving. Similarly, it’s a platform to respect each one’s talent and skill and promote them. It is monitored by a team of youth to develop and share our skills to make youth skilful and to bring a social awareness for each activity. It is aimed to promote youth in their better plans for betterment of skills so, time to time in our community we are working to analyze and unearthed the hidden talent of youths. This book is written to encourage youths for their works and responsibilities. The title Occupation speaks itself that neither a work is small or a big. If you cannot become a rich person and enjoy but also you become happier in what you have. Don’t hate and don’t discriminate people on the name of works. Love all give respect to everyone every work they do in the society. World is materialist but you don’t become materialist and do your works show humanity to others.

This book is written on the basis of works, jobs, responsibilities and duties. When we forgot to examine or know the importance of works. Then we can get motivation and we can do our works successfully in any conditions. We can be happier can we can work in our life. The works and duties makes animals and human beings different.
