About this Book

This book, one of its kind, gives a scientifique perspective to comprehend the complexity of what transformations happend in our mind not only in the process of meditation but with the encounter of a unique and great personality, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti.
Personally, I feel that my life only began when, by His grace, I met Baba in May 1965. From then until His great departure on October 21, 1990, I ran a marathon race trying to be physically close to Him.
