A triangular platform filled the corner between the kitchen and main building. This was draped on two sides with cocoanut leaves, canopied by a sail from a Hawaiian schooner and covered with two large Hawaiian mats. Old-time furniture was quite in keeping with the surroundings, and from the quaint platform Mrs. W. F. Frear greeted the audience in these words.
