The development of mental growth and intelligence skill of a child are based on the milestones of the child. Modern method is being used to improve child’s development in physical, psychological and spiritual. However, this method for the lower income community in Slawi, central Java is too sophisticated and expensive that they are able to acquire the benefit of the learning method. In order to connect the gap a form of facilitator is needed that has some elements of traditional values to be collaborated with the learning process, so the milestone and development can be obtained joyfully. Dolanan is a game that contain great learning values and when it is used will bring joy in the children’s heart. Joyfulness and the achievement of milestones are the main objective of the study. In sustaining the children’s life in the future their world should be full of positive and wonderful memories that will prevent from bad recollections. Early childhood is the crucial period that the development of characters, intellectual and spiritual are vastly developing that will be the investment for their contribution to this nation.
