About this Book

Members of the International Arbitration Group of the law firm Schellenberg Wittmer, based in Geneva and Zurich, review the intensive and varied international arbitration that is conducted in the neutral country, focusing primarily on cases of commercial arbitration. They discuss different phases of arbitral proceedings, more or less in the order they are encountered, from drafting the arbitration clause through such matters as choosing between ad hoc or institutional arbitration, to challenging the arbitral award.
